Tshering Dolkar, Executive Director of the Trans Bhutan Trail, holds a BBA from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and an MBA from the University of Canberra, Australia. She is deeply committed to promoting the historical and cultural significance of the Trail while also playing a vital role in its maintenance and sustainability by collaborating closely with local communities. Tshering believes that community engagement is the key element in successful conservation efforts. In addition to her responsibilities at TBT, she actively engages in community development as an entrepreneurship trainer for youth and as a member of the working group committee for the Royal Highland Festival.

Karma has joined Trans Bhutan Trail with a wealth of travel industry experience, especially in the Bhutanese and Regional market. She has a keen interest in dealing with people and communicating with them. Karma is someone who has a positive nature and a healthy attitude towards life.

Combining education from Gaeddu College of Business Studies and international experience at Masaryk University, Czech Republic. Kuenzang has a passion for travel and exploring diverse cultures, also experienced in solo traveling, kuenzang pursues her career as a travel consultant.

Tenzin is a versatile individual with a strong educational background, having successfully completed his higher secondary school with a focus on commerce. Tenzin's adventurous spirit extends to his role as a dedicated scout. He proudly achieved the remarkable feat of completing the full Trans Bhutan Trail, spanning from Haa to Trashigang. This accomplishment reflects not only his physical endurance but also his commitment to exploration and embracing challenges.

Singay Dradul graduated from Royal Thimphu College with Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in marketing. Since then he has worked for various organizations to his fullest capacity. He was the German Correspondent for Absolute Bhutan Travel followed by Marketing Assistant for Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary. Later he began his career in the tourism industry as a full time German Speaking Guide. Currently, Singay Dradul holds the position of a Trail Exploration Officer Representative, where his role involves representing and contributing to the exploration of trails, showcasing his commitment to the sustainable development of tourism in Bhutan. His diverse background and hands-on experience make him a valuable asset in promoting the unique cultural and natural heritage of Bhutan.
